Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager - Ducting Division

with strong experience in GI and PI duct systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the UAE market, especially in the Northern Emirates, and proven experience in duct fabrication and production facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the GI and PI ducting segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers across the Northern Emirates. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market intelligence. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for ducting projects. Collaborate with the fabrication and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in GI and PI ducting systems, preferably in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of duct fabrication processes and standards. Hands-on experience in managing or coordinating with duct production facilities. Strong network of contacts in the HVAC and MEP industry in the Northern Emirates. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. UAE Driving License (preferred).
