Experience working on
smelter projects

ADNOC sites
is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and vendors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Ensure all site work aligns with engineering drawings, project specs, and safety standards.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workforce.
Monitor site productivity and manage construction schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities as needed.
Maintain site documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum of
10 years' experience
in
shop and site work
within steel/mechanical construction.
Strong background in
piping, structural steel, ducting, and pressure vessels
.
Prior experience on
smelter
projects and
ADNOC
sites highly desirable.
Solid leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
