DMGT Manages a diverse, multinational portfolio of companies with total revenues of \xc2\xa32bn, that provide businesses and consumers with compelling information, analysis, insight, events, news and entertainment Summary: Manage end-to-end the DTCM process for all Dubai-based shows. Act at the point of contact between DTCM and the business and actively seek to develop a relationship with the DTCM for operational efficiency and to overcome any challenges. This person will also assist in the registration process, acting as the intermediary between the business, shared service departments and 3rd party stakeholders. DTCM responsibilities:
All aspects of DTCM requirements from licensing to speaker management and post-show consolidation including but not limited to the below:
o Show E-permit process \xe2\x80\x93 collating all necessary documents from marketing and uploading on to the DTCM portal. Chasing for approvals. o Collating all speaker information from the show team and uploading on to the DTCM portal. Chasing for approvals. o E-form process \xe2\x80\x93 issuing barcodes and liaising with the DMG-appointed registration company. o Processing the letter of guarantee (once a year) o Renewal of the portal (once a year) o Post show \xe2\x80\x93 processing of DTCM invoice with accounts. o Build a relationship with DTCM to ensure the smooth running of the process and raise any issues. Registration responsibilities:
Post contract stage, act as a point of contact between the supplier and the business, engaging shared service departments at the right time to ensure we go to market as quickly as possible
Ensure marketing teams are clear on data, digital and integration requirements when engaging with new suppliers to offset issues post-contract stage
Coordinate the vendor assessment process between the show teams and the data team for new suppliers
Once deliverables have been agreed, ensure correct contracts and SLAs are signed
Manage a forms forward schedule per show and prompt Marketing Managers when briefs are due, ensuring briefs are correctly completed to avoid delays and growth tools used to generate more registrations. Communicating feedback and change requests with shared services and vendors in a timely manner, and ensuring forms are tested and go live in an adequate time frame.
Become platform expert for any registration software to ensure teams know how to access the reporting and data sets
Coordinate with Ops and stakeholders on exhibitor data and badging
Develop a suite of registration staff templates for teams to adapt to their shows
Attend onsite events where required to assist as and where needed
Proactively resolving any issues and alerting show teams of any blockers, delays and risks.
