Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed
interior design drawings
for residential and commercial projects.
Develop
joinery and fit-out drawings
with precise dimensions and material details.
Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
Ensure all drawings comply with
Dubai Municipality and local authority standards
.
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for each project.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
.
Minimum
3 years of drafting experience in Dubai
(interior design or fit-out field).
Strong skills in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
(Revit is a plus).
Excellent understanding of
interior details, materials, and finishes
.
Knowledge of
Dubai authority requirements and submission standards
.
Ability to read and understand design intent from concept to construction.
Good communication and coordination skills.
