is seeking for a talented 2D & 3D Designer with expertise Interior design & decor , Joinery andfit-out projectsto join our office in Al Qouz 4. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing custom interior design and decor elements, with the ability to create both conceptual and technical drawings. You will work closely with project managers to develop detailed designs, ensuring accuracy and high-quality execution.

2D and 3D Designer - Interior Design & Decor Draftsman

Experience :

Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in UAE within the interior design or decor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create 2D technical drawings and 3D visualizations for joinery and interior fit-out projects. Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality). Modify and update drawings based on design changes, client feedback, or project revisions. Design custom furniture, cabinetry, partitions, and woodwork elements based on project requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, design notes, and materials lists. Develop high-quality 3D renderings, layouts, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas. Prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and production drawings for manufacturing and installation. Ensure designs align with client specifications, project goals, and technical requirements. Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs. Stay updated on materials, finishes, and industry trends to create innovative design solutions. Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. Conduct quality checks to ensure that drawings are error-free, complete, and reflect the latest design intent. Attend project sites to take measurements and verify on-site conditions for drawing accuracy.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in joinery, fit-out, and furniture design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp. Strong knowledge of materials, joinery works, and manufacturing processes. Experience in preparing technical shop drawings and production details. Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting and design work. Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors. Ability to identify potential issues in design and production phases and suggest practical solutions. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
