Records/Follows-up all checked invoices for equipment/machineries/Power Tools/Scaffolding/Services rentals against services made from Plant to concerned business units.
Supports/Follows-up in scheduling and dispatching of Power Tools, Material and scaffolding from and to sites.
Assists/Ensures the issuance of all invoices related to scaffolding rent and stores materials received to site. Verifies, summarizes all the checked invoices and submits invoice package to the Project Manager for certification.
Allocates the day to day activities of the siteStore Keepers. Keeps them informed of all receiving goods and ensures that all necessary documentation is provided to the Project Manager.
Prepares/Ensures that all governmental/legal paperwork and permissions are up to date and in order.
Ensures implementation and practice of safety measures of workforce and all Logistics activities.
Manages transportation and services related to sites and ensures proper documentation for reference and quality control.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
Reads and understands the Mobilization drawings and executes works accordingly as per Company?s quality requirements.
Responsible for optimizing the usage of the allocated manpower, material and equipment for assigned works to meet daily, weekly, monthly Mobilziation targets.
Provides required assistance and opens works fronts to the subcontractors as agreed with Logistic Officer
Plans daily and weekly mobilization activities and arranges with Logistics management for manpower, equipment and material required to execute the works.
Adheres to company safety policies/practices and able to train and educate the workforce with such practices.
Controls and enhances productivity and minimizes overtime of the assigned workforce.
Responsible for enhancing the quality of workmanship at mobilization site.
Minimizes material wastage and idleness of manpower and equipment.
