Job Overview

We are seeking a

visionary and results-driven Division Manager - Home Automation

to lead, manage, and expand our smart home and building automation business across the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee

sales, operations, technical teams, and project delivery

, ensuring sustained revenue growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

This senior leadership position requires a blend of

strategic business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership ability

to position the division as a market leader in the home automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Home Automation Division, including sales, project management, installation, and technical support teams. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth, profitability, and market share targets. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of automation solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Drive business development initiatives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Establish and enforce operational policies, quality standards, and best practices to enhance efficiency and performance. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure cost control and profitability. Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance capability, performance, and engagement. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field)

or

Business Management

; a Master's Degree is an advantage.

10-15 years

of proven experience in sales, operations, or project management within

home automation, smart home, AV integration, or related technology sectors

in the UAE. Demonstrated success in

leading business divisions or managing large-scale automation projects.

Strong technical knowledge of

home automation systems, IoT, AV solutions, lighting control, and smart technologies.

Excellent

leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record in

business strategy execution, budgeting, and profitability management.

Deep understanding of the

UAE market, client expectations, and regulatory environment.

Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making

abilities.
