to lead and expand our smart home and building automation business in the UAE. This senior leadership role will be responsible for division strategy, revenue growth, operational delivery, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, technical knowledge, and proven leadership experience to position the division as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Home Automation division including sales, operations, project delivery, installation, and technical support teams.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market penetration.
Oversee project execution, resource planning, and quality standards to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.
Drive business development: identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities while managing key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor insights, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Establish and enforce operational processes, quality controls, and best practices for efficiency and performance.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial reports to ensure division profitability.
Mentor, guide, and develop cross-functional teams to enhance capability and engagement.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or Business Management (Master's degree preferred).
10-15 years
of experience in home automation, smart home, AV integration, or building automation within the UAE.
Proven track record in leading divisions, business units, or large-scale technology projects.
Strong technical understanding of home automation, IoT, AV systems, BMS, and smart technologies.
Demonstrated success in sales strategy, operations management, budgeting, and profitability control.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics, client expectations, and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
