The ideal candidate will oversee the division's sales, operations, and technical teams--ensuring seamless project delivery, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving growth, operational excellence, and technological innovation in the rapidly evolving home automation sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Home Automation Division, including sales, project management, installation, and technical support teams.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership.
Oversee end-to-end project planning, resource management, and execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Drive sales performance through business development, client retention, and key account management.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors, and technology vendors.
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Establish and enforce operational procedures, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
Prepare, manage, and control division budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to enhance capability, performance, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, safety regulations, and company policies in all operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or Business Management
(Master's preferred).
10-15 years of proven experience
in sales, operations, or project management within
home automation, smart home, AV integration, or related technology industries
in the UAE.
Demonstrated success in managing divisions, large-scale projects, or business units.
Strong technical knowledge of
home automation systems, IoT, AV solutions, and smart technologies.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills.
Proven ability in
strategic planning, budgeting, and profitability management.
In-depth understanding of the
UAE market
, industry trends, and client expectations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
