General Objective
To develop and follow up on the implementation of plans and work mechanisms for the activities of the center by supervising and monitoring all operations related to customer service in the operational plan and the approved work programs of the center.

Key Responsibilities * Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Minister.
  • Manage the organizational units under the center, monitor their performance, and prepare reports to avoid duplication of objectives and tasks.
  • Prepare the center's proposed strategic and operational plans, develop performance indicators, and ensure their achievement.
  • Approve the alignment of foreign professional qualification levels with the appropriate levels in the national qualifications framework.
  • Approve systems for recognizing foreign professional qualifications according to national qualifications levels to ensure local and international recognition.
  • Approve systems, standards, and procedures for the operations of awarding bodies.
  • Approve professional programs that meet the standards and requirements of the National Qualifications Authority.
  • Approve policies, standards, frameworks, and procedures for recognition of prior learning and experience and for transitions between different education and qualification pathways.
  • Approve educational and training institutions that meet the National Qualifications Authority's requirements to offer accredited professional qualifications and programs.
  • Approve specialized external evaluation teams for accrediting vocational education institutions.
  • Approve controls, policies, and procedures for validating national professional standards and qualifications.
  • Approve controls, policies, and standards for technical, vocational, and technological education and training systems.
  • Periodically follow up on performance indicators, review achievement rates, evaluate employee performance, prepare the center's annual report, and submit it to senior management.
  • Validate national professional standards and qualifications developed by economic sectors in the country that meet the National Qualifications Authority's procedures and requirements.
  • Strengthen relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships, develop and motivate internal partners, and manage change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, guide, review, and approve work procedures, methods, performance indicators, and quality standards for center operations and propose improvements.
  • Monitor administrative operations such as planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery; evaluate and improve them.
  • Develop internal plans to foster team-building and continuous learning to ensure the highest quality of work.
