About the Role:
As Project Director, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and full-cycle delivery of urban design and infrastructure projects--ranging from streetscapes and public parks to mixed-use public realm and civic infrastructure. You'll manage internal resources, external consultants, and contractor coordination, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
? Direct and oversee all stages of large-scale urban design and infrastructure projects
? Lead project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies
? Manage multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and authority stakeholders
? Represent the client in all technical and commercial meetings
? Oversee tenders, contract compliance, and value engineering processes
? Ensure alignment of design intent with client goals and regulatory approvals
? Report project performance to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making
? Deliver projects within timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks
