Job Description
We seek an experienced Director to lead and transform the integrated general services, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and a sustainable workplace.
- Develop and implement general services strategies and operational plans.
- Provide strategic oversight for facilities management, HSE, administrative support, logistics, and guest services.
- Manage external vendors and ensure service quality and value.
- Drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the general services team.
- Contribute to strategic objectives and budget management.
- Must have proven experience as a Director or Executive Leader for General Services, or related, within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong strategic planning and policy development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management, HSE regulations, administrative support, logistics, and guest management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and budget management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
