Jumeirah Group is seeking a UAE National Manager - Project Services to join its Architecture and Spatial Design team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a background in architecture, interior design, or hospitality project coordination. The position supports project implementation across Jumeirah's luxury hotel portfolio, ensuring design consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing cohesive design strategies across luxury hospitality projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on renovations and new builds
• Support budget tracking and ensure project costs align with financial guidelines
• Contribute to back-of-house spatial planning for efficient operational flow
• Conduct site visits to monitor design execution, compliance, and quality standards
• Participate in post-project reviews and vendor management to enhance future outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• UAE National with Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Hospitality Design
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project services experience in the luxury hotel industry
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and hospitality aesthetics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to prepare reports and presentations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at cross-functional communication and scheduling
