Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the travel industry, particularly in driving airline ticket sales and online bookings. This role requires hands-on expertise across paid and organic digital channels, along with a strong understanding of travel customer behavior, fare dynamics, seasonality, and booking funnels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, or hospitality platforms, and a strong track record of generating measurable ticket sales through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute travel-focused digital marketing strategies to drive airline ticket sales and booking conversions across platforms including Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Design and manage high-converting ticket booking campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and social ads, aligned with travel seasons, routes, and promotions. Conduct route-level keyword research, fare-based campaign structuring, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation specific to travel intent. Manage PPC budgets, bid strategies, and ROAS-focused optimization to maximize booking volume and cost efficiency. Implement advanced SEO strategies for travel and ticketing websites, including destination pages, route-based landing pages, and content optimized for high-intent travel searches. Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages focused on price sensitivity, urgency, deals, and trust signals relevant to travel bookings. Analyze booking funnel performance, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS; prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to improve ticket sales. Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, fare structures, seasonality, and customer booking behavior. Work closely with product, design, tech, and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and accurate tracking of bookings and revenue.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within the travel industry. Strong experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) with a focus on airline ticket sales or OTA platforms. Proven ability to drive online bookings, leads, and revenue for travel-related products. Experience with travel-specific campaign strategies, including route-based ads, destination marketing, and seasonal promotions. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO platforms. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of conversion tracking, booking funnels, and attribution models.
