The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating and executing online marketing strategies, and supporting business growth through digital channels.
This role requires both
technical skills
in website and content management, and
creative marketing ability
to attract and engage customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Development & Maintenance
Develop, design, and maintain the company's travel website.
Update travel packages, promotions, and seasonal offers regularly.
Ensure the website is
user-friendly
,
responsive
, and optimized for all devices.
Integrate and manage booking systems and travel APIs (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) if required.
2. Digital Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
across social media, search engines, and email.
Manage and grow company pages on
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
.
Run and monitor
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
to drive traffic and conversions.
Work on
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
to improve visibility on Google.
3. Content Creation
Design
banners, flyers, videos, and social media posts
using Canva or Adobe tools.
Create engaging content for travel destinations, offers, and experiences.
Write short articles, captions, and updates for marketing purposes.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of all digital platforms using
Google Analytics
and other tools.
Prepare monthly reports showing website traffic, leads, and campaign results.
Suggest improvements to increase online visibility and bookings.
5. Coordination & Team Support
Collaborate with the
sales, operations, and management team
to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Support in preparing promotional materials for travel fairs, exhibitions, and B2B presentations.
Coordinate with travel partners, airlines, and hotels for joint promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Marketing, IT, or related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in digital marketing or website development.
Knowledge of
WordPress, HTML, and CMS platforms
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
.
Proficiency in
graphic design software
(Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Experience in the
Travel and Tourism industry
is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,000 per month
Visa, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE Labour Law
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
