Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Specialist

with proven experience in the

aesthetic/beauty/healthcare industry

. This role is responsible for

building brand presence, generating qualified leads, and optimizing patient acquisition campaigns

through data-driven performance marketing and engaging digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

performance marketing campaigns

across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms. Manage

lead generation campaigns

, ensuring high-quality inquiries at optimal cost per acquisition (CPA). Design and manage

multi-channel digital marketing strategies

(SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media, Influencer Collaborations). Drive

social media engagement

with trend-driven and aesthetic-aligned content. Create and manage

remarketing and retargeting campaigns

to maximize conversions. Monitor and analyze

campaign performance metrics

(CTR, CPC, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rate). Coordinate with the creative team to develop

visual content, videos, and success-story campaigns

. Conduct

market and competitor analysis

to stay ahead of industry trends. Work closely with the medical and operations team to ensure

marketing activities align with clinic objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience

in Digital & Performance Marketing, preferably within the

aesthetic, cosmetic, or healthcare sector

. Proven expertise in

performance marketing, PPC, and paid ads management

. Strong knowledge of

SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools

. Experience with

influencer marketing and content creation

. Excellent communication skills in

English

(Arabic is an advantage). Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
