We're hiring a sharp, energetic and dynamic candidate with a developer's eye! If you speak Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam, Bengali and solid English--and know how to close deals--let's talk.
You'll:
Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, sales Manage a portfolio of premium listings and build long-term client relationships. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals. Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.
You've Got:
2+ yrs in developer experience Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Malyalam, Bengali etc and English Languages. Dubai market knowledge (bonus!) RERA certificate (preferred but not necessary) Driven, goal-focused, people-smart Broker relation network is a plus UAE Driving Licence
