Azizi Developments is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its sales team in Dubai, UAE. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding customers through off-plan real estate investments. Core Duties

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to support their real estate investment goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Dubai's competitive property market
• Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored real estate solutions and services
• Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations
• Stay updated on Dubai's property trends, laws, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
• Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and activity logs to support performance tracking
• Represent Azizi Developments at client meetings, property exhibitions, and industry events

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of off-plan real estate experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Proven background in real estate sales, property management, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
