We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our Freez brand team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service and high-quality products. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth workflow, meeting sales targets, and upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day store operations and staff performance. Create and manage duty schedules, ensuring adequate staffing. Train and guide employees on customer service and brand standards. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store in compliance with food safety guidelines. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory effectively. Address and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support the team to achieve sales and performance goals.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in F&B, cafe, or retail industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle store operations and staff management independently. Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of F&B or cafe supervisory experience. Background in customer service and staff training. Multilingual skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
