Job Description

We're seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in the UAE to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities



Manage and support

Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and macOS

environments. Handle

user account management

through Active Directory and Group Policies.

Troubleshoot and repair

desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Perform basic

hardware upgrades and replacements

as needed. Configure and troubleshoot

network connectivity

, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, access points, and VPN connections. Install, configure, and maintain

business applications,

including Microsoft 365 and Adobe tools. Provide

remote and onsite technical support

using tools like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or AnyDesk. Ensure

security compliance

, including device encryption, antivirus, and backup management. Communicate clearly with end users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting SLAs.

Requirements



Minimum

1 year of desktop or IT support experience

in the UAE. Strong

English communication skills

(both written and verbal);

Arabic is an advantage

. Knowledge of IT best practices, troubleshooting methodologies, and service desk processes.

Certifications

such as MCP, MCSE, or equivalent are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
