What You'll Do

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related hardware
• Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory environments
• Deploy and maintain software updates and patches
• Coordinate with IT teams on network and server-related issues
• Document support procedures and maintain accurate records
• Train users on IT processes and best practices
• Perform system backups and assist with data recovery operations
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Support large-scale IT projects and infrastructure upgrades

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Proficiency with Active Directory and network protocols
• Familiarity with VPN and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
