What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and desktop issues
• Diagnose and resolve system problems promptly to minimize downtime
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related devices
• Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory environments
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of software and updates
• Support the IT team in network troubleshooting and server-related tasks
• Document support activities and maintain accurate logs
• Train and guide users on IT procedures and processes
• Perform backups and support data recovery operations when required
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies
• Assist in large-scale IT projects and infrastructure upgrades

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Proficiency with Active Directory and network protocols
• Familiarity with VPN technologies and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
