Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to outlet standards.
Supervise Commis staff and guide them through daily food preparation tasks.
Ensure proper
mise-en-place
is completed before each shift.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the assigned section.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency during service.
Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain required par levels.
Coordinate with the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef for daily operations and menu execution.
Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in kitchen operations
(UAE experience mandatory).
Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene standards, and kitchen coordination.
Willing to work in
any Nolu's branch within UAE
.
