Cutting List Expert (joinery)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review approved shop drawings and prepare accurate cutting lists for joinery, metal, and marble components. Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce production cost. Coordinate with draftsmen and production foremen for design clarifications. Ensure cutting lists include correct thickness, finishes, edge details, and grain direction. Monitor and track material consumption per project and report variances. Prepare hardware and accessory quantity take-offs. Support procurement by providing detailed material requirement sheets.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge ofjoinery production processes
and assembly methods. Strong command over reading and interpreting technical drawings. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP-based systems for inventory management. Analytical mindset and attention to dimensional accuracy. Ability to work under tight deadlines with precision.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
