Customer Support Executive (Call Center)

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3,800

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (as per duty roster)

Requirements:

Proven telesales experience is mandatory
Fluent in Arabic & English
Arabic nationality is required
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Must hold a valid OWN visa
Immediate joining is required

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers interested in purchasing vehicles
Provide accurate and professional sales information related to the automotive field
Handle customer inquiries with a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
