. You will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, presenting our services, following up on leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads in German-speaking markets
Present and pitch company services in a clear and persuasive manner
Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication
Follow up on leads and drive the conversion process
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams for seamless client experience
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English
(spoken and written) -- mandatory* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (preferred*) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Immediate availability is a plus
