What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and complaints within defined guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and escalating issues where necessary
  • Recommend banking products or services based on customer needs and feedback
  • Update and maintain customer records through service requests and complaints tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information and bank data
  • Meet service standards, customer satisfaction scores, and call quality targets
  • Contribute to business growth through lead generation and cross-selling FAB products
  • Ensure compliance with all FAB policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements
  • Support unplanned or scheduled shifts to achieve defined performance targets
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in banking or customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage calls under pressure while maintaining service quality
  • UAE National with a valid family book (mandatory requirement)
