We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the booking and delivery of courier consignments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage booking and delivery schedules for consignments Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide updates Maintain accurate records and documentation related to consignments Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Handle customer concerns in a professional manner and provide effective solutions
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is required Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation
