Job Description
- Prepare the extra services forms for all the exhibitions for furniture, Octanorm, electricity and other requirements of the exhibitors before the exhibition date.
- Prepare the job order and forward the requirements to concerned section in time. To make necessary procurement arrangement with the Purchasing Department.
- Summarize the actual free space of booked stands for all the exhibitions.
- Issue invoices and receive payments of extra services as well as space payments during exhibitions.
- Assist the accounts departments for clerical jobs. (Skycom monthly bills, invoices for electricity and water for leasing companies)
- Communicate and entertain exhibitors as well as the visitor\xe2\x80\x99s complaints and inquiries during exhibitions.
- Assist the operations department in all clerical jobs required for a completion of a job.
- Attend to all the Exhibitor\xe2\x80\x99s and Visitor\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries, providing accurate information and immediate assistance to their requirements.
- Follow-up orders and inquiries of exhibitors and visitors with in-house staff to ensure efficient service is provided at all times.
- Coordinate with Exhibitors and Events Managers in providing electrical and mechanical orders during exhibitions, providing immediate manpower during move-in where assistance by our staff is required by contractors and exhibitors.
- Check to insure that with the concern contactors/exhibitors build their stands within the actual areas they booked, after collecting the performance deposit cheque.
- Enter orders and prepare the invoices in the EBMS which include mainly electrical and mechanical orders and distributing all the invoices to all the exhibitors in their stands, collect payments for Extra Service orders before end of the show.
- Assist in preparation and checking of Arabic text for Fascia and other signage.
