Description

Looking for a Customer service supervisor for Al-Wakrah, Qatar.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Respond to customer service issues on time.
  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
  • Hire and train new customer service agents.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Four to five years of proven experience as Customer service department.
  • Able to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
