Marhaba Auctions, a leading player in the automotive auction industry in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a results-driven Customer Service Agent with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide an exceptional customer support and assistance to ensure the customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Share knowledge and insights with team members to improve overall customer service performance.
2. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building:
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution provided.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and repeat business.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
3. Customer Support and Assistance:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, pricing, and availability
Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and shipment tracking.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
4. Issue Resolution and Escalation:
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and resolution.
Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Service /Sales role/Auction industry in UAE.
Speaking and Understanding of Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
