  • Collect and escalate customer feedback to relevant departments for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Update customer information in the database after each interaction
  • Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and procedures to provide accurate support
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy and patience in all communications
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles
