We are seeking a proficient and dynamic Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, friendly, and able to provide exceptional service to patrons at our cafe, coffee shop, and ice cream shop.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Take customer orders and process payments.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Upsell products and encourage customers to try new items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Must be proactive and customer-oriented.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the coffee shop.
Knowledge of coffee and ice cream products is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
