Job Summary:



The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the frontline liaison between the company and its clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the real estate journey. The CSR is responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and professional communication experience across all touchpoints. This role is vital to maintaining the company's reputation and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person. Provide accurate information about property listings, services, and company procedures. Direct leads and inquiries to the appropriate agents or departments within the company. Manage and update client records in the CRM system. Assist in resolving client issues or complaints with efficiency and empathy. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support after transactions. Coordinate with the sales, leasing, and property management teams to streamline communication and service. Greet walk-in clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Assist in processing and tracking documentation such as reservation forms and service requests. Support marketing and promotional activities by engaging clients and relaying feedback.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; real estate experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and general administrative tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude. Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or property coordination roles. Familiarity with Qatar's real estate market and client service expectations.

Working Conditions:



6-day work week Office-based with occasional interaction with clients and agents Must be available during core business hours and for urgent client needs
