About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Purchase Management & Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to join our team. This dual-role position requires a strong communicator who can handle customer inquiries professionally while managing the full cycle of purchase operations from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiry Handling:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or call. Understand customer requirements and search for the most suitable supplier based on quality, price, and lead time. Communicate with suppliers to obtain accurate quotations. Prepare and send detailed quotes to customers in a timely manner.

Purchase & Order Management:

Confirm orders with customers and suppliers after quotation approval. Track order progress including production updates, dispatch, shipment tracking, and final delivery to the customer. Coordinate with logistics teams and warehouses to ensure smooth flow of goods. Maintain clear records of supplier communication, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

Customer Support & Relationship Management:

Provide updates to customers regarding order status, shipping delays, or any issues that arise. Resolve post-sale issues including complaints or returns in coordination with relevant departments. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the purchase journey.

Requirements:

Experience in purchase coordination, procurement, or customer service. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus). Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with import/export procedures, logistics, and international sourcing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email, and communication tools.
