Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Requirements:



Fluent in Arabic and English

Valid UAE Driving License

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to manage client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups effectively

Key Responsibilities:



Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, via phone, and email Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback Support the sales and marketing team with client engagement activities
