We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative cum Processing Officer (preferably Malayalam and Hindi speaker only) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.

Full-Time ( Mon - Sat ) 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Sunday Closed.
Requirements:
Proficient in
Malayalam
only (mandatory) Own Visa ( Prefeered) Minimum1 year of experience
in customer service, preferably inimmigration or related sectors, Loan Setors, or after sales. (Callings)
Strongclient retention skills
and ability to build long-term relationships Confident inhandling clients face-to-face ( rarely)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:
Handle walk-in and referred clients with a professional and helpful approach Guide clients through immigration processes and service offerings Follow up with leads and ensure a high retention and satisfaction rate Manage queries, concerns, and provide timely resolution Own Visa can apply Females Only

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
