As a Customer Service Specialist at PSI, you will be responsible for managing the entire lead lifecycle--from initial inquiries to converting them into qualified leads for agents. Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and distribute incoming leads to agents based on expertise and geographic area.
Develop a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market trends and buyer/seller profiles.
Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and text to build rapport and understand their needs.
Conduct market research and provide potential clients with valuable information about the local market.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads and agents.
Follow up with leads to gauge interest and answer questions.
Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead information.
Generate reports to track lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or customer service.
Proven track record of successfully qualifying and converting leads.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
Fluency in English for clear communication with clients and agents.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Understanding of the UAE real estate industry is a plus.
Proficient in CRM software and relevant technology tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
