We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Executive (Arabic-speaking female) to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service within a car showroom, dealership, or automotive service center and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Provide excellent customer support before and after sales Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues Manage customer appointments and follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records in the system Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:

Female candidate (Arabic speaker - mandatory) Proven experience in customer service within the car/automotive industry Good communication skills in Arabic and English Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset Basic computer skills (CRM/Email/Excel preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a car dealership or automotive service center Knowledge of vehicle models, services, or aftersales processes
