Customer Service Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 6,000 - 7,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and prompt customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
• Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in training and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• CRM knowledge and experience working with customer relationship management software.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred but not mandatory.
