We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors.
? Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide timely and effective customer support
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service
- Proven experience in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
