Your Challenge

The job incumbent leads Customer/Sales Support activities within the Sales Office at Mann Hummel Dubai (DAFZA) and contributes to MANN+HUMMEL (M+H) growth and profitability in this specific market. He/she coordinates Internal Sales Services activities, Customer support, supports the logistic coordinator.

\xc2\xa7 Management of the customer in terms of correspondence, invoicing, issuance of credit and Debit notes, various issues related to the activities of commercial support.

\xc2\xa7 Complete customer order cycle management

\xc2\xa7 Contacts and relations with the MDCs to obtain information on time, goods deliveries, pricing, billing.

\xc2\xa7 Support in external and internal audit

\xc2\xa7 Maintanence of Customer master files and other useful files

\xc2\xa7 Co-operation with sales department

\xc2\xa7 Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders

\xc2\xa7 Assistance in SCM projects with customers and suppliers

\xc2\xa7 Close communication with 3rd party Logistics provider

\xc2\xa7 Any additional projects/tasks from the management, as required

\xc2\xa7 Customer complaint management

\xc2\xa7 Office Management support

\xc2\xa7 Back up for logistic coordinator during vacation time

Your Profile

\xc2\xa7 Studies of business administration or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience

\xc2\xa7 3+ years of relevant work experience

\xc2\xa7 Medium experience in logistic processes in the supply chain

\xc2\xa7 Excellent communicator/influencing skills

\xc2\xa7 Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure

\xc2\xa7 Ability to get the job done (attention to detail, decisiveness and organization and planning ability

\xc2\xa7 Ability to work with others to get job done (communication/influencing skills, team working skills/customer focus)

\xc2\xa7 ERP knowledge in finance and logistics modules (desirable SAP and/or LogoTiger2)

\xc2\xa7 Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

\xc2\xa7 Leadership and entrepreneurship skills, Cross-functional thinking, communication skills

\xc2\xa7 Intercultural understanding

\xc2\xa7 Fluency in and English (written and spoken),

\xc2\xa7 Skillful handling of MS office applications
