Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading multinational manufacturer, who is looking to hire a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This role will support various business units to deliver customer satisfaction by taking responsibility for the coordination of export logistics, alongside the registration and follow up of all sales orders.

About the role
This role will be heavily geared towards communicating with different business units and factories located across the world to process commercial orders, track sales forecasting and process customer requests, also recording all activity through Salesforce and Demand Planning platforms.

Our client is looking for an individual who is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive nature who can work successfully in an autonomous role. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of international trade, documentation requirements and commercial terms.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate will hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field, with 3 years minimum experience in a similar position working for a multinational manufacturer handling after sales customer service and logistics.

Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP, MS Office and TMS software will be required for this role. Due to the market coverage involved strong preference will be given to bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and French.
