Requirements and Skills
Excellent phone etiquette.
Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service/contact center experience.
Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks with enthusiasm.
Openness to constructive feedback.
Languages: Arabic and/or English required; Mandarin or Russian is an added advantage

Remote work setup
12-hour shift per day
* One day off per week on a rotational basis, with three consecutive days off once a month, also on a rotational basis
