Responsibilities




Obtain client information by answering telephone calls in English, verifying information, and generating leads. Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information. Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, and recommending improved procedures.

Requirements and Skills




Excellent phone etiquette. Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service/contact center experience. Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks with enthusiasm. Openness to constructive feedback. Languages: Arabic and/or English required; Mandarin or Russian is an added advantage

Work Parameters




Remote work setup 12-hour shift per day * One day off per week on a rotational basis, with three consecutive days off once a month, also on a rotational basis
