Looking for a person with logistics background, having knowledge and experience in sea shipments, documentation: bill of landing, packing list, etc. and most importantly he/she needs to be able to work with Letters of Credit(LCs) Please advise if you can help with this recruitment, below is the quick summary of responsibilities: 1. Main responsibilities and tasks:
? Perform export administration tasks ? Prepare proforma invoices for customers ? Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers and inspection companies ? Prepare shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, COO, Packing list, Cargo tracking notes\xe2\x80\xa6) to ensure customers\' clearance of goods at destination ? Provide continuous communication to the customers & orders follow-up with the suppliers, shipping lines and banks ? Update and follow-up third parties invoices\' settlement ? Follow-up potential customers\' claims ? Comply with Internal KPI and back up process 2. Candidate\'s Profile: Experience ? Previous experience in international trade and/or logistics is a must ? Knowledge of LC is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP
