YOUR ROLE
Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist is responsible to provide customers helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. To provide front line support for clients and customers and to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. To be accountable for maintaining excellent service for our internal and external customers. They are account owner of house accounts (personally own an account portfolio) and have full commercial ownership of the business they handle.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving customer excellence alongside the Sales and Operational Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue opportunities to up-sell and deliver value add services to the customer
Building long term and effective relationships with customers and provide up to date shipment information
Pro-actively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction
Enter customer orders into the operational execution process
Maintenance and integration of customer data in the Kuehne+Nagel systems
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service in the freight forwarding industry
Knowledge and expertise in Sea Logistics will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language
