Job Location : Dubai
Job type: 12 months

Roles and responsibilities :
To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of the functioning of the customer service desk, you will be responsible in delivery bespoke process and
procedure of the overall customer service program and for the centre providing all customers excellent services and ensuring that their expectations are constantly met.
Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of high school degree, diploma or equivalent degree.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience or in a customer-oriented role.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Candidate with own visa can apply for this role .
