Service Sales Support Specialist

You will be working as Service Sales Support Specialist for motion business area in the service division based in Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for supporting front end service sales team at UAE and its associated countries with professional back-end support for MOSE-Motors & Drives services.

Service Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Supporting sales and defining suitable, customized service contract portfolio offerings through- VAS (value added services), replacements, advance services, product selection, Spares parts & digital offer-ings
• Ensuring to complete timely quotes, average response time for offers shall not exceed 2 days and sup-porting order handlers, receivables collection and project managers in execution where applicable
• Preparing technical and commercial offers for standard products/ spares and discussing with customer to finalize order
• Ensuring that we have professional templates and implementing a consistent offering touch and feel to the customer motion service as a whole
• Preparing spare part offers using ABB tools/ factory support and updating database (Customer, Sup-plier, Risk Review, ABB install base tools)
• Coordinating with service partners and team for training, price listing, offers, on time order booking, time sheet entry and revenues
• Participating in conferences, workshops, lunch and learn sessions and conduct training sessions for cus-tomers and key stakeholders

Your background

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
• Good understanding of commercial terms and conditions
• Knowledge about drive-motor communication protocols to support development of power train and ABB Ability offerings
• Strong understanding of motors & drive as a system Relentless ownership, dedication and thoroughness
