Purpose of this role is drive the performance of each digital CRM Campaign by optimizing the communication tactics as well as the channel strategy. The job holder needs to ensure constant evolution in the way we are reaching our customers for the various Conversion, Retention and Repurchase promoting campaigns in order to maximise reach and efficiency for each campaign.
What you will do
Suggest channel usage for each tactical, event driven, BTL or relationship building communication.
Collaborate with CRM Campaign Planning Managers to ensure high quality content is provided for each campaign channel.
Identify the right audience for each campaign type by creating and optimizing a standardized segmentation framework leveraging Emarsys, the Customer Data Platform and the Relational Database System
Organization of segmentation and personalisation Data via native Emarsys capabilities and the use of Relational Database System as well as Customer Data Platform.
Content optimization for all ad-hoc campaigns from a creative, messaging and technical standpoint to drive campaign performance.
Liaise with various stakeholders in the CRM and Data Team to create and report meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
