We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive ) to join our team as a freelancer. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services, creating marketing strategies, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of sales and marketing techniques. Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Generate new leads and sales opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, online marketing, and other creative strategies. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products or services. Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, expand customer base, and drive sales. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients, including regular communication, follow-ups, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other advertising initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales and marketing performance, including sales results, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis. Use data and insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to support marketing campaigns and events. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and campaign management.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using sales and marketing tools and software, such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Availability to work as a freelancer, with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed.
